How to remove/exclude Z-Wave devices/nodes I no longer have?

There are 3 Z-Wave devices that I no longer have, and forgot to exclude them, so they still show up in Indigo (see screenshot).

Is there a way to remove those without having the devices?

For the next person (which might even be me in the future), here is what I did:

I tried Report Failed Modules to Event Log, but it didn't show all of them.

So I created a new dummy Device, associated it with the old Z-Wave Node ID I wanted to get rid of, let it try to Sync and Fail, then it would report them in the Event Log.

Then I was able to run Remove Failed Modules from Controller, and eventually got them all to disappear.

Finally, I deleted the dummy Devices.
