Swidget R1015S not reporting energy details with Indigo 7.5

I added a Swidget switch with the control module to Indigo 7.4 and re-synced it with Indigo 7.5:

This caused the non-controlled outlet to appear in Indigo 7.5, but neither device is showing power usage statistics in the UI like I see for other devices that monitor power (Aeotec ZW096, ZW099). These devices should report power per the "Multi-Endpoint Classes" or the data sheet.

Do I need to remove, reset and re-add the device for this to show up, or do we only have on/off support in Indigo 7.5?

Yes, try excluding it from the Z-Wave controller, re-including it, and finally re-syncing it.

If that doesn't work then copy/paste the Event Log results of all those steps into a reply for us.

I tried following the instructions for deleting a z-wave device, but putting the Swidget in ADD/REMOVE mode would get two flashes of blue before the LED turned red indicating some failure of communication.

Nothing of note was logged when trying to exclude the device in Indigo (besides started/stopping/stopped controller exclusion mode).

I then performed a factory reset of the Swidget controller and re-added the device the usual way in Indigo, but still no display of power usage in the UI.

Also, the SQL Logger table created only has id, ts, and onoffstate columns.

I'm not sure what "group 1 association to interface not supported by module (skipping)" means, but in the "Manage Associations…" dialog the device is not present in the "Controlling device" drop-down list but is present in the "Device to add" drop-down list.

I tried the above twice.

The one thing I haven't tried is factory reset along with turning power to the module on and off.

Try selecting each device that is created (064 - Energy/Power Only and 064 - Outlet and Energy/Power) in the Main Window. Does the Device Details section have an Update and Reset button visible? If so, try pressing them both (for each device) and copy/paste the Event Log results into a reply for me.

Also turn on Indigo's Z-Wave Debug Logging checkbox, which you can access via the Interfaces->Z-Wave->Configure... menu item, then re-sync the device and copy/paste the results for me.

I do see these buttons for other meter devices (like device 022, "Fireplace light strand" that emitted an update event while syncing device 064).

After switching to debug mode it seemed to enumerate all devices so I trimmed out all but my controller (in case that makes any difference) and the swidget device (node 064).

I didn't trim anything during the syncing

I clicked "Send status request" on the main sub device after syncing finished.

It looks like this particular module supports power (watts) but not energy (kWh) which is confusing Indigo somewhat. I'll work off the forum directly with you on a fix for this in a bit.

Indigo 2021.1.0 is now available and should fix the energy / power reporting issue discussed above.
