Aeon Labs MultiSensor 6 ZW100-C not seen as such

Hi guys,

I bought an Aeon Labs MultiSensor 6 ZW100-C to monitor the environment in the room for my upcoming children. After some fiddling, a managed to add it to my Z-Wave network. However, for some reason, Indigo says it does not have a device description for this model (See attachment). Now I can send info to Indigo Domotics of course, but I thought this device was supported. Am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks,
Patrick

The commands to query out the manufacture and model information failed:

Model ID: 00000000
Manufacturer: Unknown
Manufacturer ID: 0000

Try syncing it again a few more times (make sure you wake it before each sync), and eventually I suspect it will get the correct information.

Wow, this is sure one extremely picky device to include. After -I guess- about 40 times adding/removing/re-adding/syncing and receiving unexpected bytes (which is a problem in my setup already - unfortunately I don't know which device is the culprit) I have been able to add it. Matt, thanks for pointing me out I have to be very stubborn :D
