found module included in controller with no matching device

There are apparently several modules in my controller that are orphans. How do I remove them? Likely from old devices or failed device installs.

Z-Wave connected to Z-Stick Plus (ZW090) interface on /dev/cu.usbmodem1464401 (firmware 1.01)

Create a new Indigo Z-Wave device and attempt to sync. When it fails, select the Interfaces->Z-Wave->Remove Failed Device from Controller menu item. You can just repeat that for all the failed nodes using the same Indigo device, then delete it.

Upgraded to 7.5. Then removed modules following Jay's instructions. Worked! Thanks Jay.
