Aeotec Multisensor 6 (ZW100 ) returns luminance of -32768

I have two multi sensors that show -32768 lux all of the time in the Indigo interface.

I have tried factory resetting them.

Has anyone seen this and is there a solution?

Or are these broken and in need of a replacement?

Can't really help other than to offer a data point. I've got 7 of these devices in my home, most ~2 years old) and they all show appropriate values for luminance.

Sounds like they are either marginal or you are hitting a firmware bug (that others haven't hit). That value (which is zero with the highest bit set to 1) is what I expect might occur if the luminance sensor wasn't connected at all (or was broken).

These have been used outdoors so perhaps they have simply failed.
