Yale Zwave Door Lock

I have 5 Yale door locks, Conexis & the Night latch with Zwave modules. All work except the one bought about a week ago.
The problem is I cannot get it to successfully sync, tried everything including having the lock next to the controller, excluding then including again. The issue seems to be transferring manufacturer information & security. So it will include into the network successfully but not complete the sync.
I have read elsewhere that the most recent version of firmware on the Zwave module has changes to the security exchange and a number of controllers are having issues.
I have a mix of the original Yale Zwave modules and the newer ones that work perfectly, it's only the recent one I cannot get to sync. Tried it in different locks and still the same issue.

Can you redo the exclude, re-include with encryption, and re-sync, then copy/paste the Event Log results into a reply so we can see what occurs? Before you do so turn on Indigo's Z-Wave debug logging checkbox via the Interfaces->Z-Wave->Configure... menu item.
