Sorry for the confusion.
I'll do a detailed report with screenshots and logs tomorrow.
Appreciate the help!

Re: Fibaro RGBW module 2 FGRGBW-442

Hi Matt

Z-Wave Debug polling status of node "009 - Bathroom RGBW 2" (post-activity energy request)
Z-Wave Debug SENT requestMeterLevel: 01 0A 00 13 09 03 32 01 00 25 D5 2F
Z-Wave Debug RCVD requestMeterLevel: 01 07 00 13 D5 00 00 02 3C (node ACK)

Z-Wave Debug . . requestMeterLevel: node 009, endpoint None, meterType 01, raw value 3200...
Z-Wave Debug . . requestMeterLevel: 0.2 W (float: 0.200000)

Brightness parameter seems to work. i.e. only colour I get is red; and brightness seems to dim/brighten it.
Here:

Which causes no change in colour i.e. only red stays lit regardless.

As I said the colour picker doesn't seem to always function correctly and frequently no z wave commands are sent. Hard to repeat easily.

Altering the RGB or W directly only works again on red

Apologies it's not 100% clear. Partly issues with the colour picker and issues with with the Fibaro device.

Cheers

Re: Fibaro RGBW module 2 FGRGBW-442

So it sounds like when using the color picker sometimes blue works as well (above you say "Changing blue when it does work for example")?

The problem where using the color picker sometimes does nothing might just be that the color swatch in Indigo's main window UI isn't selected. The macOS color picker panel is a bit funky in that it inspects and only changes the selected color well (in any app there can be multiple color wells), and it can be easy to end up with the wrong (or no) color well selected. So in Indigo's Main Window click on the color well and you'll notice how it toggles between a selected and non-selected state (we could probably improve that and have it never deselect when clicking on it), then try changing the color in the color picker panel again.

I'm not sure why controlling the individual R, G, B, W devices via the sliders (one per device) isn't working. The Event Log above definitely shows Indigo sending commands to the correct Z-Wave "endpoints" for each color slider you change. I'm going to email the other two Indigo users on this forum to see if they ended up having success with the module or not. I'll also ask them to post the firmware version of the modules they have.

Re: Fibaro RGBW module 2 FGRGBW-442

Hi Matt,,

My device is working fine, other than having to fiddle the control as its powering a white temperature changing strip, rather than a RGB strip, so I use the red channel for warm white and blue channel for cool white, and nothing on green or white outputs. Both red and blue channels work fine and always respond, although I dont use the colour picker. Mostly the channel levels are set either via action groups or from node-red interpretting an Alexa temp, and setting the levels from there.

This is the sync log.

Re: Fibaro RGBW module 2 FGRGBW-442

Thanks. From pocster's previous post he has the same version as you:

Do you have a multimeter? Could you check the output of each channel direct on the fibsro module when they are on? Rule out issues on the wiring or led strip?

Re: Fibaro RGBW module 2 FGRGBW-442

Trying to get the Fibaro RBGW controller 2 to set the color correctly using the color picker. Blue worked fine but green and red were reversed. Double checked all wiring and it was all good. Finally reversed the Fibaro outputs to the LED strip (R to G and G to R) with this setup the color picker worked fine. Tested the LED strip with the Fibaro removed and the RGBW inputs work as labeled. Looks like I either have a flaky Fibaro or indigo is not sending toe proper commands or did I not set it up properly. Has anyone also had this problem?
Thanks for any suggestions

I've double-checked Indigo and it seems to be sending the correct color channels, so sounds like you have a mis-wired module (or they have a firmware bug)
