Are you sure the particular module you have is that specific model (Smoke Sensor plus Siren, POPE004001)?

Indigo does support the POPE004001, but based on your Event Log it is reporting a different model ID. The model Indigo supports has a model ID of 0x0100 0x0201 (which is what is in the manual PDF you linked to), but your Event Log shows your module is reporting 0x0004 0x0004.

This one looks like it needs a new definition (it doesn't support the same configuration parameters), but it will probably make it into the next release of Indigo.

Indigo 7.4 is now available and includes support for the POPP Smoke Detector and Siren (009402).
