Z-Wave Exclusion Failing

Hi

I'm trying to remove some old Z-wave devices.

Whenever I start an Exclusion

Code: Select all

   Z-Wave                          started controller exclusion mode
   Z-Wave                          stopped controller exclusion mode
   Z-Wave Error                    controller failed to enter exclusion mode

I have restarted the ZWave Interfaces still no joy - will try a total Mac reboot see if that helps...

Are you still having this problem? Try removing the controller from the Mac and plugging it back in. If that doesn't help and the problem occurs immediately every time you try to put it in exclusion mode then it might be in a bad state (and need to be reset). Is this a Z-Stick Gen 5 or different controller?
