Z-Wave All Off?

In my (albeit somewhat limited )investigation there doesn't seem to be a way to go "all off" for Z-wave devices. Is this true? If it is- am I correct in believing I need to create an action group of all of
"all offs" for the Z-wave devices and summon that from my "turn the whole house off" action group?

That is correct – you'll need to create an Action Group to turn off all the devices.
