Correct. It was indeed left at it's default value of 0 (disabled). Changed to 60 seconds and parameter 65 to 1 (1 * 0,1C), to verify if anything changes over time.

Yeah, I just remembered that I had the same issue before I got it updating regularly. Also if you have external sensors (as I do), check params 67 & 68 (sensitivity and interval for external sensors) too.

I have updated to 7.4.1 and indeed updating the Indigo device in de gui and receiving a message in the log has improved. But only for the binary IN1 (NO - scenes sending non). I am not getting an update on binary IN2 (NO - scenes sending non). When swapping the IN1 and IN2 I receive the GUI update and a log message but than the swapped IN1 to IN2 does not update. So same problem but the input itself is working for both devices.

First did a resync than an exclude/include both didn't help.

Any suggestions..

I can also confirm the same behaviour on my Smart Implants. Only Binary IN1 switching is being reported. Switching Binary IN2 does not seem to be recognised by Indigo.
In my case, both IN1 and IN2 parameters (20 and 21) set to NC (0)

I have got it working for the purpose I need it but the behavior is still strange.

I have now changed the doorbell button on Binary IN2 to a Toggle (scene enabled) - single tap. With the old binary fibaro the device (button) it was a NO device. Now I receive a scene message: "received "107 - Binary IN1" button 2 pressed". From there I can trigger my camera to send a picture. Also the doorbel itself witch is connected to relay 2 works.

But both Binary IN2 and Relay 2 do not have any GUI change and also no time stamp of any of the actions.

Can you change it temporarily back to the settings where it didn't work (Input 2 type set to NC or NO I think?), then turn on Indigo's debug logging checkbox via the Interfaces->Z-Wave->Configure... menu item and trip IN1 a few times, wait 10 seconds and trip IN2 a few times, then copy/paste the Event Log results into a reply for me?

While you can see that Indigo captures the open/close (switching) events for Binary IN1 (yellow+blue wires), there was NO DATA (absolutely nothing at all) captured by Indigo while switching Binary IN2 (gree+blue wires).

With debug logging enabled: Use the Interfaces->Z-Wave->Manage Associations... menu to remove the Z-Wave Interfaces from the Responding Devices list for Group #1, then close that dialog and re-sync the device and try both inputs again. Presuming IN2 still doesn't work (it might), copy/paste the Event Log results showing the results of everything.

May I friendly ask to add to the investigate list to take a look at the frozen temperature sensor of the Implant.
I think you are getting a headache of the implant... :shock:

My understanding of the internal temp sensor is that is pretty much useless. It can only report the temperature of the smart implant device itself, which will always be higher than the current ambient temperature, because the device itself generates some heat which is trapped inside the minimal space.

My first reading of cesarvog’s latest log output is that you’ve removed the association to group 1 as requested, then immediately done a sync from the UI which has put the association back.

Cesar, did you test IN1 and IN2 before you did the resync as there’s nothing in the log between the above two actions relating to node 104 (0x68 in hex).

Matt I’m hoping to compare to mine this morning for you.

Peter, thanks for your help and outstanding plugins. Your work and will to help is very much appreciated.

To tell you the truth, I believe I did, but can't be all sure, as it's been more than a week. Also, the log is way to busy because there was movement going on all over the place and the movement sensors were being tripped, which further complicates examining this log. Nevertheless, a few messages above, there is another message of mine, which shows switching IN1 and no switching of IN2. I even mention the wire colors used for opening/closing the dry contact connections.

Since we have the full weekend ahead, I can do a new round of removing association to node 1, resinc, IN1 switching, IN2 switching, whatever you need to better investigate this issue. Also, it should be a "quieter" log, as there should not be so much movement around the premises.
