Can't controll Slats Tilt of Qubino Flush Shutter

I installed a Qubino Flush Shutter on my venetian blinds. Moving the blinds up and down work fine. But if I set the Slats Tilt in Indigo: the blinds are moving - not the tilt is set. It seems that the value of Shutter Position and Slats Tilt are equal and just move the blinds...
