Aeotec Encryption

Based on the Event Log the Aeotec was getting hung up and not sending Indigo the complete packet quickly enough. When parsing the individual bytes of the packet Indigo waits up to 1 second for the next byte to arrive (after each byte) before giving up and considering the packet to be incomplete. In this case it takes longer than that. I've never seen that happen, so I suspect it was in a bad state. We can increase that timeout value by a bit more (maybe 2 seconds), but let's wait and see if it is a reoccurring problem.
