MacOS Mojave and Z-Wave Plus Aeotec Z-Stick USB Controller

I have a Z-Stick Gen5 on macOS Catalina, and it's not being recognized by the OS. No /dev/tty.* (VCP) devices show up for it.
I have my Insteon USB stuck working as VCP.
Yes, I have power-cycled and plugged it in multiple times. No luck.
It's not showing up in the System Report.
Any suggestions?

What model of Mac are you using?

How is the Z-Stick connected to the Mac i.e. directly, via an extension cable or USB hub?

I assume the Z-Stick is powered up and rotating its colours through- red > blue > orange?

As a first step, I suggest you try plugging it into a different USB port and reboot the Mac.
