Unfortunately I didn't get this one fixed in time, but I'm planning on doing a bug fix release soon that should have it fixed.

Indigo 2021.1.1 is now available and we believe the problem with devices being disabled is now fixed. I appreciate everyone's patience on this one – it took longer to fix than I had hoped it would.
