Lost Connection

Just switched my Indigo setup to a new mini and have lost connection to my ZWave interface.
I’ve tried all the local physical usb connections showing in Indigo but none will connect.

I don’t see any indication of the controller in the Sierra system report under usb.
Kinda lost on this one.
Any ideas how to find what usb serial port it’s on or how to get it connected appreciated!

Indigo 7.1
10.12
Aeon Gen 2 Zwave

Thanks,

Carl

Re: Lost Connection

For the series 2 Z-Stick (but not Gen 5) you have to install the SI Labs VCP driver.

Thanks a bunch. Installed that and it connected.

Re: Lost Connection

Lost connection to my Zwave again. Tried installing a RFXCOM, with no success, then upon resetting up my
W800RF32 lost the SiLabs option in the Zwave config screen. I tried reloading the driver and rebooting a couple time
but it seems lost for good.

Any ideas on how to get it back?

edit: Also love to know how to tell if it’s installed.

Thanks,

Carl

Re: Lost Connection

Still no luck? Have you tried other USB port (including USB hubs), just to see if it becomes visible?

Re: Lost Connection

Turns out it’s USB plug must have just been loose. Odd that the controller was lit without its plug being completely seated. Lesson learned.

Thanks,

Carl
