Fibaro relay not reporting device action from switch 2

Hi all,

Just fitted a fibaro relay with 2 channels into a kitchen light switch.

Two switches connected to the relay with 2 outputs to two lighting circuits.

All works fine and is controllable from indigo however when switch 2 is used to turn on the cupboard lights indigo doesn't seem to see the status change of the device.

I've turned on the commands setting so it shows switch 2 pressed but should it show me the end device status as well?

Switch 2 is connected to a separate device called Kitchen Cupboard Lights
Log output below:

Apr 2018, 17:58:00
Schedule TimeIncrement
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" button 2 pressed
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" button 2 pressed
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" status update is off
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" button 1 pressed
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" power load to 0.0 W
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" status update is on
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" button 1 pressed
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" power load to 38.5 W
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" energy total to 0.58 kWh
Z-Wave received "Kitchen Lights" power load to 38.4 W

Thanks
Noel

Do the cupboard lights change/ respond if you tell them to from Indigo?

Yes they work fine. Both from Indigo and from the switch.

There was a bug conversation last week about Fibaro Dimmer where Button 2 didn’t get reported to Indigo - but that’s not the case here; it’s reporting and being seen, just not being acted on.

Have you the sync log of when you synced it? I suspect Matt will ask for it shortly. :p

Looks healthy to me, but Matt is better at sync/device issues.

I deal more with raw Zwave queries - but we know your command is being seen.

Erm, what is polling set to on this device?

Try this thread - http://forums.indigodomo.com/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=18165 - it may help as I think it solved a similar issue for me in the past.

Awesome thanks Colly, yes that's fixed it although I don't know scene commands in the logs. I've posted in the other thread about that.

Thanks guys, incredibly responsive of all of you!!!

Cheers
Noel
