Hi, is a mac mini standard able to utilize zip files. I am thinking that there could be an error with the ability to unzip. When I unzip the file on my windows pc. The underlying files are there including the one that is missing all the times.

Mac Mini is fine; that’s what I use.

Are you using Safari? What OSX?

The download is a .zip which Safari auto-extracts as it downloads so that your Downloads folder only contains one .indigoPlugin file

How you’re ending up with a .indigoPlogin file is beyond me - something isn’t right with your Mac.

OK - Sounds very strange. What can I do. I only use it for indigo. Shall I reinstall everything? Mostly I use Google Chrome when browsing. And if you want I can make a movie or have you assist me via Teamviewer. What would you advice?

OSX is v. 10.12.6

First off I’m waiting to see if Matt has any thoughts; I’m a Windows person by trade so not fluent in Mac world.

Peter, I'm getting weirdness when I try to download the plugin also. Does that link point to a zip file? My guess is that Dropbox is doing something wacky (I've never trusted the share thing to do the right thing).

I'm getting something named "zwavescenecontroller.indigoplugin" (notice all lower case), and the contents directory inside is also lower case (which is the problem).

I’ll check all my plugins when I’m back at my desk; nobody’s had problems before today so I guess either Dropbox or Apple have changed something.

FYI, downloaded okay for me using Chrome.

Now it is version 1.0.28 instead of 19. I am still getting the same two files in the zipped folder. I can only run the one with small letters.

There's a bug with Dropbox that was fixed in 2015 but seems to have resurfaced. The files show ok on my (Windows) Dropbox and online, but once you download them the folder names become lowercase.

Quite possibly because I've only upgraded from Mavericks (2013) to Sierra (2016) last week! I think it's OS X that causes the bug to appear with Dropbox.

I've temporarily copied my plugins to my website and I'll update the links in a second.

Let me know if you get any functionality problems with .28 - I think that's the beta copy that shouldn't be live yet but I've ended up with three versions on Dropbox and wasn't sure which was which!

.19 should be the latest stable version!

For me it does not. I am having 3 files now. I can run the file with small letters. Now it installs a version 2 and it loads as a version 1.0.28. But as far as I can see it is not working. But it has changed. Now I get the possibility of configure the plugin. But there is nothing to configure.
