resync the device once it's in it's final location - that will correct it's internal neighbor's list

Since I've done it this way with all of them.... will the "Optimize Z-Wave Network" feature get the same results or is it better to resync them individually?

Yeah, you can try that first. It will likely work because they are all apparently able to communicate with the Z-Stick.
