Indigo 7 + Fibaro RGBW controller - sensor support?

Just wondering if Jay and Matt might be considering the 4x analog sensor ports on the Fibaro RGBW controller as a possible supported expansion of the device now that 7 is out now.

Just seems a shame to have 2 of them in the house and not use those ports for something...one controller is right over the stove, so putting in a smoke sensor and a temperature probe would be easy if I could use it.

If not I'll drop a piBeacon unit there, but it's a $60 investment for the rPi stuff...

Just curious...

Thanks
Ross

Good idea, I have also one in my office.
As far as I know it supports up to 4 analogue sensors.

Hard to argue with the appeal when a DS18B20 is nearly free. :D

Yeah I could make good use of it as well.

Already on the feature request list. :-)

It also might be possible with the new Z-Wave plugin callbacks to implement support for it via a plugin.

I am very keen on this as well ... for me it will be worth upgrading to V7 to have this.

Can someone stick a sensor on one, turn on ZWave debugging, and see what you see?

Sorry, can't help. According to Fibaro:

No, this is a 1-wire digital sensor, compatible only with Universal Binary Sensor and Door/Window Sensor.

It works with 0-10v sensors, but I'm a bit skeptical it will work with that sensor.
I have only bad experiences with connecting sensors to that module...
