There isn't an easy way to do this. The SQL Logger plugin can monitor the Event Log and trigger catch if there is an error, but you won't be able to know which device had the error so that isn't a good solution. On our feature request list is the ability to more granularly trigger off of device level errors.
Note that Z-Wave internally retries several times using different routes already, so a retry immediately after a NAK might just produce another NAK (and cause lots of Z-Wave traffic).
