Gents,
I have a couple of the Qubino Roller Shutters (generation 2) with part number ZMNHCD1 (the last digit indicates which Z-Wave frequency the unit has).
They are working fine but recently I found out that after a power drop they stop reporting instant status back to Indigo?
Easy to reproduce:
1. When moving the roller shutter up/down by either a directly connected dual paddle switch or by a directly associated battery operated controller I see status of the roller shutter in the Indigo log. For example 0 when fully down and 100 when fully up (or vice versa).
2. Disconnect power from the Qubino ZMNHCD1.
3. Connect power back.
4. Move the roller shutter in the same way as above in paragraph 1. No more instant updates of the status of the roller shutter eventhough the shutter works fine.
If I press"Send Status Request" the GUI will show the proper status of the device.
5. I do a re-sync of the device in Indigo and in all cases the first synch does not work out completely. The unit does not respond properly and Indigo times out the sync process. Try again and now the sync completes. Happens every time I test this.
6. Control the roller shutter again and voilaaaa! The Indigo log again shows the proper status of the Qubino ZMNHCD1 roller shutter.
What is going on here?! I have two of these and both of my ZMNHCD1 are marked with "ZMNHCD1 H182P1".
I guess the H182P1 in some way indicates firmware version of the unit.
Here is the log output of the device:

Config params seems to be the same for ZMNHCDx as they are for the previous model ZMNHCAx.

http://www.benext.eu/static/manual/qubino/flush-shutter-ZMNHCA2.pdfConfig parameter number 80 is by default set to 1 which means that the Qubino Roller Shutter is configured to send updates to the controller of its state when it changes.
Strange that the newer model which this thread is about does not mention parameter 80 at all in the documentation. I did check it though through the Indigo parameter function and it is indeed set to 1 which means that the device should send updates of its status to the controller.
I have a couple of similar Roller Shutter devices from Fibaro (FG-221) and they do not have this issue....
