Qubino dual relay module

I have just installed one of the Qubino dual relay power switches. works well except that turning relay 2 in Indigo switches both relays on, not the expected result. Parameter 10 in the unit is set to 0 which I thought should eliminate any combined switching.. Switching relay 1 appears to work as expected. Anyone have experience of this or ideas why it might be happening. heres the zwave debug log for switching on relay 2 if it helps..

Re: Qubino dual relay module

I thought that might be the case, just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed a trick.
Thanks

Re: Qubino dual relay module

Oh no !!!!!

I really must do more research before I buy stuff.

I bought a number of these as they are the only gen5 products I could find to suit what I needed to do...... reach a double relay about 30m from my house.

They work a treat and I now get a rock solid connection.

Only problem is now that my trees lights come on when I start the pond pump up !!

Early support from the Indigo team would be much appreciated here !!

Ian

Re: Qubino dual relay module

We aren't providing individual updates or time estimates for hardware support, but we are actively working on lots of new Z-Wave support for an upcoming major release. Sorry we cannot be more specific.

Re: Qubino dual relay module

A little of topic, but anyway. Matt is there going to be a beta testing round for indigo 7? Or will it just be there some day?

We haven't decided how we're handling the beta for Indigo 7 yet. We'll note your interest. ;)

Re: Qubino dual relay module

The last beta for IT2/6.1 worked well I thought.

That's assuming I was in it, which I might or might not have been. ;-)

Re: Qubino dual relay module

Weird, I was literally about to post that myself! I concur, turning on relay 2 causes 1 to also switch to on. Also turns off 1 if 2 is turned off. Not tested locally as the one i have enabled doesn't have any local controls :)
