Did you submit the device details from the edit dialog?

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

Hey Jay, it seems to think it knows the device, so I don't see the typical "Submit to Indigo" button for new devices.

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

We added support for this module back in v7.5.0, but apparently need to get your Web devices database updated to reflect it being supported.

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

Hey @Matt,
Although the device appears to be working, it does not show up in the "Modify Configuration Parameter" dialog box. Any thoughts?
Thanks, Ron

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

Are you choosing the first Device name shown in the device dialog as the first tab panel? If there are multiple devices (tabs) then only the first one is shown in the Modify Configuration Parameter popup because all configuration parameters are sent to the first/main device.

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

Thanks Matt, I excluded and re-included the device and it's working now, But as I recall, the sensor inputs were at the top of the configuration parameter list, so maybe that was it. Thanks for the quick response.

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

I upgraded to the bug fix release and it seems to have solved some issues with the ZWA019. Syncing was proving to be problematic and the device would loose its device information (model, firmware, etc.) similar to the issue that I was having with the Qubino RGBW. That seems to be resolved with the bug fix.

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

Hey Matt,
The ZWA019 is back to behaving like my Qubino RGBW. Although the Aeotec device shows a solid signal via its test mode, it stops working with Indigo and the Edit Device Settings window will no longer display the device details or the device specific option settings. Indigo continues to report the Temperature and Humidity levels, but the water sensor itself stays stuck in the last mode. Very similar to the quasi state that my RGBW would get stuck in. Anything that I can do to gather more info?

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

What does the Event Log show if you disable/enable the Z-Wave interface? Also re-sync the ZWA019 and copy/paste the Event Log from that, then disable/re-enable the Z-Wave interface again and copy/paste the Event Log from that.

Does the re-sync help? Does it break after you disable/re-enable the interface?

Re: Aeotec ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro

It was a device/application issue. No actions required.
