FortrezZ MIMOLIte momentary on status report

I just installed the FortrezZ MIMOLite IO module for my garage door (replaced an insteon one) I'm using it in the momentary on configuration (1s), but it seems that its not automatically reporting its state back to Indigo after it goes off again. For now, I'm requesting status after 2s to bring it back to off, but is there a way to have the module report the status automatically?

I just tried momentary off with the MIMOLite I have and it broadcast back to Indigo automatically when it turned off.

Can you post a screen capture of the device settings you are using? Also copy/paste the Event Log results after you turn it on from Indigo.

Your settings look identical to mine, but mine does show the module sending out the delayed OFF command after I turn on the relay. I wonder if this is because of a firmware change. Mine has an older firmware version (v1.14). I'd suggest you contact FortrezZ and describe for them the problem and tell them your firmware version is v1.17 which appears to behave differently than 1.14 to see what their thoughts are. Actually, I just noticed on your Event Log the module is sending out a command but it is an update for the analog sensor not the relay:

Z-Wave received "L1_Gar_Main_DR_AIN_Z" sensor update to 2141

That doesn't seem correct to me. Mine instead shows the relay device state updating to off. I wonder if firmware 1.17 has a bug in it. Try contacting them to see what they say.
