External 4-Bay Enclosure?

I'm in the market for a 4-Bay enclosure for my Mac mini. This machine runs Indigo, Emby, Security Spy, and a few other things. I'm currently using a single bay enclosure (an old OWC miniStack Max) and a 2-Bay USB-3 unit. USB-C connectivity preferred. Or maybe Thunderbolt 3. But I'm not doing video editing or anything else that needs really high speed data transfers, so I'd like to keep the price down if possible.

I'll probably soft-RAID two of the drives, but the other two will be separate. So I don't need hardware RAID support.

The cheapest suitable OWC unit (https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/MEQCTJBT00/) is $230. I've seen some Mediaworx units in the $150 range, but the reviews are so-so.

Any suggestions?

although not CHEAPER, I've used 2 of these

One at the office, (Thunderbolt) and one at home (USB-C), and have been very happy with both of them. Like Apple use to be, They Just Wok.

I didn't think the extra speed would be that useful for my application, so I ordered one of these: https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/owc-mer ... uad/raid-5
