Bulk Z-wave wall switches

I've got to set up a new home from scratch (mostly). Just off the bat I need 22 on/off switches, that doesn't include add-on switches for 3/4-way situations. This also does not include a bunch of dimmer switches that i'll need to purchase. I'm pretty much set on the GE Z-Wave Plus switches. Does anyone have some advice on where I could buy these in bulk?
