Indigo Domotics

Has anyone discovered a way to call a cell phone (or any phone number for that matter) when an event is triggered? Using voice synthesis, Indigo could tell the party at the other end that something specific took place.

I have Ovolab Phlink and am investigating what it can do along this line, too.
