Upgrade to OS X 10.9.4 breaks running a shell script

Moving to 10.9.4 breaks an old applescript.

Here is the scenario:
1) Schedule runs very 5 minutes where the action is to execute script RRDforProliphix located in a file

2) RRDforProliphix after some setup, calls a shell script.

The error is syslog is:

8/18/14 11:52:45.126 AM IndigoServer[1023]: AppleEvents/sandbox: Returning errAEPrivilegeError/-10004 and denying dispatch of event syso/ntoc from process 'osascript'/0x0-0x187187, pid=4491, because it is not entitled to send an AppleEvent to this process.

Looks like a permission error. Any ideas on fixing this is appreciated.

I'm not sure, but you could try adding /Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation/Indigo 6/IndigoServer.app to the list of apps that have more permissions as detailed here.

Another approach would be to run the AppleScript first, then have the shell script execute (via Indigo's Run Shell Script action) with a delay of 1 minute later.
