Devices not responding/updating 2023.2 [Fixed in1.2.26]

Have isolated and reproduced the problem.

Relates to the incorrect version of Cryptography being installed. A new incompatible version was released 2 days ago , and since packages only downloaded once/on first install I haven't seen it.

Nothing to do with Intel and ARM.

Question is
- Why wrong version installed?
- to Fix

Work-around at very least won't take very long.

Cryptography one of the main crypto libraries, only in the last 2 days has had a breaking new release (this is why I didn't see, as installed a few days earlier that 2 days)

pyatv dist packages is not following its own requirements and uses this new now breaking library…. I have raised an issue there.. but can overcome here by forcing the version before the pyatv library.

I noticed from @Korey post that I was a release behind on pyatv. I upgraded to the latest. Reloaded plugin and no change. Also interesting, the plugin will find my old AirPort Express audio device, but none of my "current" devices.
