Add Garage Door to Alexa

Hi all,

I have managed to add a Shelly Plus 1 to Indigo and it works; I have also added to Alexa and set it as "Garage Door Controller"; if I says "Alexa open Garage Door", it asks me for the code, and gives me confirmation but it does not open; it gets opened if I say "Close Garage Door"

What am I missing?

Does your garage door open correctly when controlling it directly in the Indigo UI?

I'm not an Alexa user, so I want to just eliminate as much as possible first to ensure my plugins aren't causing any issues.

To be honest I am a little bit lost.
I created the device and if I am right three devices are actually created (the main one, switch and input).

When turning on the switch it worked (garage door open) but when turning it off nothing happened, I had to turning it on again (auto-off) is set to 20s.
Then everything stopped working and I deleted it.

I try to create it again and I will report back.
