Configuring NG relays

I have somehow the same problem; I can see the logs with the topic match, but nothing happens at the switch.
What wonders me is the MQTT Explorer GUI which shows offline, but the JSON status says connected?
When clicking on "ON" I see the log

but on the Shelly WebGUI nothing happens (switch stays off).
