Folder: Hue New Devices

I recently added a second bridge to offload some of the load (over 60 devices).
Some strange behavior that I'm sure I'm causing but can't figure it out...maybe in my migration from one hub to another.

What I'm seeing:

On my phone when when scrolling down the Device list, at the bottom there is Folders: Hue New Devices. (pic 1).
In this folder are all the missing Hue devices on my phones main device list (pic 2)
On my MAC I can see all the devices as expected (pic 3 ) and can see that the folder designation

@kw123 Question: How do I get the items in the Hue New Devices folder published to the main list so I can see all devices in one folder?
