HomeKitLink Update for iOS 16.2 Architecture Changes

Hi all,

As per a few earlier threads upcoming iOS16.2 fundamentally changes some aspects of HomeKit.

Some notable changes:
- iPad can not longer be Hubs
- One Hub will coordinate all states of devices, leading to faster updating apparently…
- No old devices (appleTV, or iphones/iPads) will be able to access HomeKit until updated

There are reports of bugs within Homekit 16.2 and the general advice would be not to update at this time. (Given the device requirements all devices would need to be on 16.2)

The current version of Plugin released just now in github is 0.5.2. (as yet not in pluginStore)
https://github.com/Ghawken/HomeKitLink-Siri/releases/

Release Notes:

This version is backwards compatible with iOS current and >16.2 and should not lead to any Home changes/damage, or need to repair bridge. (remove/delete and redo). (There are no breaking changes that limit downgrading to earlier version if any issues & <16.2)

It is advised to update the plugin before updating HomeKit archectiture once 16.2 released, ideally.

Updates:
Supports OS16.2 Architecture changes
Move to uppercase UUID for all clients (OS16.2 change)
All Accessory & Characteristics IIDs (and single accessory may have many) are internally consistent, saved to file and will remain unchanged over life of bridge & accessory (OS16.2 change)
Accessory_Info service is fixed to IID of 1 (OS16.2 change)
Redo Thermostat handling when state of thermostat not reported to Indigo (0.4.2)
Library usage refactoring (remains work in progress)
Some logging changes
