Homelink Siri Error

Getting repeated error messages below an not sure how to investigate and fix it. Anyone have any ideas.

Your Client 192.168.10.162 - has failed upgrading to OS 16.4, OR is incompatible with OS 16.4 as most commonly will be old ipad unable to upgrade.
