Well Email+ has been turned off, now Email-

A load of the log cutout but this goes on and on and on, never had this before update, never had Joe's email plugin installed and no problem with the 'old' email in 7.5.0.

Does the mailbox that you're monitoring have a lot of messages in it? If so, that's the issue - it has to process everything in the mailbox. As we say in the docs, we highly recommend using a dedicated email address for Indigo integration.

We also recommend IMAP over POP as it's a more efficient and reliable protocol.

Also, you can go into the plugin Configure dialog and turn off debug logging. Then you wouldn't see most of these messages.

The old POP integration had "learned" about which POP messages had been processed. The new solution doesn't so it has to scan the entire mailbox.

POP is terrible - you should switch to IMAP. Also, you should use a dedicated email address rather than one that has 180+ emails in the inbox.
