Can not add devices to Alexa

I am running 2022.1 on 12.3. I can command through Alexa an Indigo device created earlier some months ago. I can not add Indigo devices to Alexa currently. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Please describe exactly where the problem is occurring and what errors you're seeing/hearing.

OK, it seems that one must recycle the connection between Alexa and Indigo if new devices need to be added. Recycling includes disabling Indigo skills on Alexa and breaking the link on Indigo.

That's not required - I just confirmed by adding an additional publication and having Alexa discover again without doing anything more. It found the new device and I was immediately able to control it.
So, something else had gone wrong in your installation - most likely to do with Amazon's poor caching of devices (mentioned in
the Troubleshooting section of the Alexa plugin docs).
