New plugin config option 'MQTT CLIENT PREFIX' to handle situation where computer name is not accessible via the OS. Thanks to @Colly for identifying.
Added in processing to ensure that Tasmota devices status is more accurately reflected at plugin startup. This includes highlighting in red with an offline status if a Tasmota device is offline i.e. unplugged or the socket into which it is plugged is switched off.
