Multi-way Switch Configurations

Here's a post I did a few days ago about implementing a couple of 3-way configurations using Z-Wave that seems to be working well for me.

In previous houses, I used Insteon switches with cross links. Those worked well, though there was always the "keep them in sync" issue that you had to work around using Indigo triggers.
