Some LED buttons (KeypadLinc) not showing up in HASS

I've got 9 KeypadLinc devices in Indigo, but 5 of them do not have the associated Button B, Button C, etc entities. Tried reloading the configuration but same issue. Only the main device becomes available; not the addition KeypadLinc buttons.
