I'd like to have my Sonos play a doorbell chime when my doorbell is pressed.
I tried using Home Assistant in a Docker container, with some plugins, but it would work for a little bit, then throw some errors. Then I realized that Indigo should be able to do this kind of thing, since it's been running the rest of the house for the past decade.
I set up Homebridge and Mosquitto on my Mac, and can get Indigo to find out when a message arrives from the doorbell. I haven't been able to figure out how to key off of only the doorbell-press message though. I'm using the UniFi Protect plugin for Homebridge. The doorbell-related MQTT docs are at https://github.com/hjdhjd/homebridge-un ... cs/MQTT.md
Hmm, it looks like the screenshots went in bottom-to-top. Sorry.
I've also tried subscribing to unifi/protect/E063D*******/doorbell but I either get two notifications in Indigo, or none. I'm very confused and would appreciate any help.
