You have a comma after the 192 - is that your issue?

Hi Thanks for this wonderful explanation.

On question though I have a simular setup where I use Tasmota sensors to monitor If my bed is occupied. All of this is working fine thanks to the shimms plugin. But one value I cannot get right and that is the online status as all the other values are sensor values in JSON and the online/offline status is just raw payload.

How do I het the payload of topic tele/bed_links/LWT into the state column

You'll probably need to create a second Shim device just for that state value. The complexity of trying to modify Shims to fold all that into one device is just not worth the effort.

Well, I take that back. I did enable rolling all payloads from one base topic into a single device. It's called an "aggregate" device and it's configured in the Connector plugin.
