Had to restore to new computer

.. and I haven't managed to get your amazing Room plugin to work again.

I had a hardware problem and after 2 fraught days getting a back up, new hardware and a restore, I am a bit stuck with the plugin.

I have tried to delete everything and go for clean re-install, but I think I might have just made things worse.

Any advice gratefully received.

Hi Chris,
It looks like you have the incorrect architectural version of PIL installed?

Where you on an Intel Mac and now restored to an Apple Silicon Mac?

PIL is one of the packages that Indigo installs.

Your best bet is probably to reinstall Indigo (as if doing an update) and hopefully that will sort out the PIL package problem?

Good observation, that is exactly what I have done ...


I will go through update cycle and let you know how I get on.
