New to Indigo and still using my trial version. I have been trying to add my Nest thermostat but not having any luck. I'm stuck at the point of adding my Nest account (Configure Nest Thermostat Module). I keep getting the error "couldn't connect, is your username correct?" I've changed my Nest email address (I am using a @me.com account) and also changed my Nest password, which is now only 14 characters long and has no special characters. I have no issues logging into my account when I go to the Nest website.
