Cannot authenticate w/Netatmo

Can no longer authenticate with Netatmo.
Starting today whenever I start the plugin in and authenticate, I get

I would assume this is a Netatmo issue. But, do you know anything about this?

I just requested a new token from the plugin menu. Usual webpage opened and I accepted and got 200 code indicating all worked.

Restart of teh plugin works as well.

I had tried that, no joy.

Hopefully narrows it down to your end, or at least a regional Netatmo server issue...

Code 404 means the plugin can't find the URL, so as Simon says it's likely to be a Netatmo issue. As a matter of interest, can you access your system via the Netatmo app?

Well, I can login into their website with a browser and display my data..

May or may not be related, but spomtaneously and for the last few days I've been seeing this error. Just haven't had time to deal with it. I can see sensible data from this module in the app, including good battery status info.

Neither requesting a new access token nor restarting the plugin worked for me.

This error occurs when the Netatmo servers send a response which is missing a parameter which the plugin is expecting to receive. I've trapped for the parameters I've seen missing before, but this looks like a new one. Enabling weather station comms to the Event Log might help identify the culprit.

I've heard of this error message being sent from Netatmo if your login credentials are wrong. Could your user name or password have changed? Sorry if this seems obvious, but it's the only thing I've found from the forums which causes this error.

Problem solved. The key was an old post in this forum ( viewtopic.php?f=306&t=27643 ). It was a reflector issue. Somehow my reflector had become deactivated. I (re)activated it and now all is working again.

Glad to hear you got it sorted. In the next release I'll add a message to point folks in the right direction if this error comes up.

Closing the open issue on my error messages as reported above, they appear to have stopped magically.

I've been seeing the errors regularly, but on Saturday evening they just stopped:

Which has repeated since, thought at random intervals. Sometimes 1 minute, sometimes 5 minutes, currently 10 minutes.

Still no error messages, but the device state shows as "Error" in Indigo.
Some time later, I notice that the device state has returned to normal, and the following has appeared in the log:

Most peculiar!

This means there’s one or more missing keys from the Netatmo response. Post or DM the weather station comms and I’ll have a look.
