Where to get Client ID and Secret

It appears that their website has changed (significantly?) since you wrote up your instructions. Can you update your post with the necessary instructions for getting the necessary connection information? Thanks!

They’ve added an additional step in the registration process. Sticky updated to suit.

Perfect, thanks. The "Create an App" button is somewhat daunting for someone who is clueless about how it works.
