2413U and W800

So I upgraded, purchased all new interfaces and was all happy to get the ball rolling... but then...

I downloaded the drivers required to run the 2413 with Indigo 5, I plugged it in and it saw the 2413U and all was OK until I tried to enable the W800, I got this message:
Each enabled serial interface must be connected to an unique serial port

So I upgraded to Indigo 6 hoping it would fix the issue, it didnt.

Can someone please give me quidance to reolving this issue? Is there a way to create a virtual input? the W800 is connected via USB.

NEVERMIND!!! I checked the USB chain, and the HUB was dead. I rewired without the HUB and all seems well. Just a remider to go through he basics always I guess!
