Fibaro FGWP011 Consumption usage Reset Usage

I have 3 wall plug relay Fibaro FGWP011 and i have noticed that the consumption usage meter was reset for all of them automatically after a period of usage. Each plug was resset in a different date.

Does anyone knows if there is an automatic procedure of reseting them and if yes how can i disable it ?

Hi George,

Interesting. I've never heard of that and don't recall reading about auto reset in the Fibaro manuals (but I may have missed it). You might want to look at the reset time/date then do some research in your Indigo Event Log files. What does Indigo report being sent/received around those time stamps?

Hi Matt,

I checked the log file and there isn't any reset.
I had yesterday an incrimental receipt of Kw usage and suddently a request gave the usage back to zero. Now is increasing again.

The same for the other two Fibaro in different dates however. The oldest reset was 9 days ago and the latest yesterday.

Any ideas ?

No clues here, but hopefully someone else with a Fibaro module will chime in.
