Group Trigger Info

Could someone point me to the setup info for the group trigger?

I just upgraded from 5 to 6.11 and am not seeing how to do it.
I assume from the older info I found it's done as a trigger?

Do you mean Device Groups?

Yes, I believe that is what I'm looking for but I don't see a "Device Collection" as a device
type when creating a new device as described in the info.

Also don't see a Device Collection plugin to enable.

It recently moved to the Interfaces->Virtual Devices menu.
