No Devices showing for Ecobee Thermostat

Folks,

I got my new Ecobee3 Lite and get everything outside of Indigo working. I followed the instructions for the Ecobee plug-in. It authenticated ok. The debug shows the thermostat:

Ecobee 2 Debug Ecobee Account (1982410693): Ecobee Account Update OK, got info on 1 thermostats
Ecobee 2 Debug Ecobee Account (1982410693): getting data for 'Living Room', 411934889577

There are no devices showing when I attempt to create a thermostat.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I followed the advice in the other similar topic. I'm starting to pull my hair out.
Rick

Re: No Devices showing for Ecobee Thermostat

Is "Living Room" your only thermostat? Do you have more than one?

Turn on debug level logging (NOT detailed), restart the plugin, and try to create the device again. Then post the log.

Re: No Devices showing for Ecobee Thermostat

Is the E3 lite a new model? I don't recall seeing that name. Use the menu command that dumps the thermostat data to the log and post it here.

Is that the "Detailed Debugging" in your plugin?

Re: No Devices showing for Ecobee Thermostat

I need the actual data from the plugin. It's a lot of data, but it includes the actual model name and capabilities.

No. It's a menu command. Plugins->Ecobee->Write Thermostat Data to Log

Re: No Devices showing for Ecobee Thermostat

No, that's fine. It the "nikeSmart" line I needed to see, to make sure this is a model I've already accounted for.

I'll look into the error.

Re: No Devices showing for Ecobee Thermostat

Joe,

It is the only thermostat. I renamed it to "Upstairs". I deleted the Ecobee Account Device from Indigo and deleted the app from the Ecobee site. I added the account device back in and authorized it. I then tried to add an Ecobee thermostat device to indigo. The device list is blank. Here's the debug output:

Code: Select all
